Look at my big girl seat!

We got Becca's big girl car seat last Friday! Here she is trying it out in the living room. She played in it several times before we put it in the car. She loves it! I am very happy with it, too--after doing so much research.

This picture is from bedtime a few weeks ago. I think it's just so sweet.

Ok, so here's what we've been up to. Tracy came to visit a couple of weeks ago, then Grammy and Nanny were here this past weekend. We had a good time visiting with everyone. And, of course, Petey hammed it up for them. I guess I am a bad mom because I did not even take out my camera either weekend. SO...if you guys will send me a few of your pictures, I will post them. I'm also going to scan her professional pics and get them posted to share, too.

We went to the doctor this morning because we suspected another ear infection. Luckily, it's just a little cold. The doc said most of her symptoms can be traced right back to the teething. She weighed 18 lbs, 12 oz. and right on track he said. I thought she would weigh more, but glad she doesn't! It seems that our new sleeping pattern is two nights good, then two nights bad. YUK!

That's all for now. I'm going to bed while the gettin's good. : 0

  1. That's why there are no pictures of any of us with Becca....because we are the ones holding the camera. I can't find the gizmo that hooks my camera to the computer to download and send the pics. (I can't find a lot of stuff since I moved.) I think I got some good pics this time.

Glad our little girl is not too sick. Nanny is getting sick and feels pretty crummy tonight.

    Love to all....

  2. P.S.
The pic of you two is very sweet. Lee does a great job of getting some good ones.

I hate it that she is not sleeping as well as she was.....it is harder on the adults.

We had so much fun on our visit...she is just perfect. It was fun hearing her say Mama & Dada and giving her "high fives". And she is so happy! It was wonderful and I miss being there with y'all already!!!

    Love you all...

  3. I enjoyed our visit so much! I told Uncle T about all he missed. I can't believe she is so big now! I feel like I have missed it all. :( I did however enjoy the "high fives" I got all weekend long. For those of you haven't see this new "trick", Becce will often just stick her hand in the air and look at you so serious then you must high five. It is so cute. Can't wait to see you soon.

    Love,
    TP
