Shots-Schmots.....

Little Petey had her 4-month check up and shots this morning. She was a total rockstar!! She cried for just a bit when they stuck her, then stopped when Daddy picked her up to cuddle. I think she was just mad at the nurse. Or maybe she cried because the Hogs choked on Saturday. Who knows, could be either or both. I don't blame her either way.

Our big girl weighs 13 lbs, 5 oz. now and is doing great. She is in the 60% range for weight and height, which is just about average. Doc said we have a perfect, average baby. I'll take it!! We are going to start changing her back to the other (read: less expensive) formula and give it a couple of weeks to kick in. Then the next step will be to gradually get her off the Prevacid if all goes well.

That's all for now. Don't expect too much this week (Tracy) as we are going to be really busy. Lee has some clients coming to town at the end of the week, and I have to be out of town for work two days this week (day trips only this time). More later...

Go Hogs Go!!!

Let's eat some breakfast!

For some reason my mouth flies open when I get
excited. I can't help it!!

Uuhhh. Which way to the bathroom?

Look into my eyes!!

Game day preparation. I have to look good for those Razorbacks!!

Friday night Mom and Dad had a date!! We went out for dinner at the O.G. and then took in a movie at Fiesta Square. "Superbad" wasn't supergood but it did have some funny parts. We give it a 2.5 out of 5. Grandma watched Becca and they both had a good time too.
Kentucky is coming to town today and as you can see Becca is ready for the game in her Razorback onesie. She also has a little cheerleader outfit (pics coming soon).
Enjoy the pictures. TaTa for now.

Give the people what they want!!

Bath time is good. I like the warm water.
This is the worst part of bath time...getting out!!
Becca loves taking her bath. I don't think she has ever cried when she gets one. I am sure she will love it even more when she learns how to play with all the water toys she has.

We had an exciting time this weekend. Mom had to go to Little Rock for work on Friday and Saturday and Becca and Dad had a good ol' time just hangin' out at the homestead. We didn't do much but watch football, but we had fun doing it!!

Mad Cow Disease hits the Bramell House!!!

Or maybe it was the Bird Flu, who knows. We just know it wasn't fun. Becca got it first, on Thursday. Then I got it in the middle of the night Friday, and Lee followed on Saturday morning. We had to call in Grandma Francena to the rescue to spend Saturday with us to take care of Becca, since Lee and I were having trouble standing upright for very long. We are all better now, and everything seems almost back to normal.

I know there hasn't been a blog in a while, but we've been busy/tired/sick, etc. Grammy and Nanny came to visit on Labor Day weekend. We took Becca out to the Clothesline Fair, which is a big craft fair up here. We got her all dressed up and decked out to go, complete with her cool little sunglasses. She was definitely the belle of the ball, and got more attention than the kettle corn and the Indians playing the wooden pipes. (see photo).

That's really all that's new to report. Enjoy the new photos. Love to all.
